Shipping
- Processing Time: Custom orders are processed within 7 business days. You’ll get a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Returns
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds
- Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless there was an error on our part.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges at this time. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
